Hi, I’m Fabricio Narvarte, a REALTOR with Desert Lakes Realty. I grew up in a family of home builders and real estate agents, so I learned the business from the ground up, how quality construction looks, how timelines really work, and how to communicate clearly with clients and contractors.

I’m currently earning a Marketing degree with a Minor in Photography at Northern Arizona University. That blend of strategy and creative visuals helps me position listings effectively, tell each home’s story, and help buyers see potential others might miss.

My goal is simple: make your move smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. Whether you’re a first time home buyer, selling, or exploring new construction, I lead with honesty, communication, and care every step of the way.
